Remove water from the supply chain and you eliminate up to 90% of the cost of transporting pre-packaged drinks. One Bag-in-Box (BIB) produces up to 150 litres of ready drinks. That means smaller loads, fewer deliveries, huge savings on fuel and handling, a fraction of the space needed for storage and no more need for delivery from large vans or trucks. Concentrates are stored in easy to stack BiB casks and do not require refrigeration.

2  Lower service costs & ease of operation

A Maxi8VE Fructomat, containing 16BIBs can serve up to 5000 standard 300ml beverages without refilling the machine. The hygienically sealed mixing system is largely self-cleaning, so the interior only needs sanitising once every quarter. You would need up to 8 service visits to achieve the same with a conventional can or cup vending machine.

Intelligent design and the quality and reliability of European made machine components promises low wear and long machine life and therefore far fewer services visits.

3  Easier to fill & clean

The only consumables you need to replace in a Fructomat are the concentrate BIBs. A standard BIB (mix 1:19) is replaced after every 200 x 300ml standard size drinks are served.

Detach the feeder hose from the empty bag and reattach it to the new one. That's all you have to do. CO2 bottles may need replacement once or twice a year depending on how often the carbonator is used. Compare that with storing, carrying and stacking 200 bottles or cans of pre-mixed drinks!

An electronically controlled flood safety system prevents spills entering the cabinet or interiors and the spill trap is easily removed for emptying and cleaning. Modular interiors are easier to clean and wipe.

4  Easier to service

Fructomats offer long machine life and far fewer service visits. Designed and built in Europe with a small number of simple and stable components and next to no mechanical parts, there is minimal wear, problem-free operation and little need for part replacements. Since all models share the same electronic components (there is a 70% parts compatibility) it is easy to find replacements. You can even install online SMS notification to signal when refills are needed or malfunctions have occurred.

Fructomats delivery massive savings on energy consumption: using only 15W/hr in standby it rises to 365W only when drinks are dispensed. This is many times less than conventional refrigerated can or bottle vending machines, which consume, on average, between 280 and 500W on a constant basis. Fructomat's advantage is that the concentrates require no refrigeration, and the only water being cooled at any time is for the next drink (using our fast dry colling system). There is no need to refrigerate the empty space in the machine! On any machine this amounts to hundreds of dollars in annual energy costs.

10  No wastage

Fructomat concentrates have up to 9 months 'best before' shelf life, so there is little likelihood of product wastage. Concentrate bags are supplied with a safety valve that prevents spillage when they are attached or removed from the machine.

17  Optimum mixing ratios

Fructomat's groundbreaking MidMix mixing and dispensing technology uses a hermetically sealed whirl chamber to guarantee a perfect and homogenous mixture of drink concentrate and water without any air contact. The mixing occurs in a unique whirl chamber system, which allows for mixing ratios of up to 1:70 to guarantee perfectly mixed quality beverages.

18  Creates new marketing opportunities

Fructomat is a drink dispensing technology not a drink brand. The drink flavours or brands you serve to your customers are your choice alone. You can use our recommended MiChoice concentrates for optimum mixing ratios, or you can source your own flavours and brands independently. You can also use your own concentrates in our machines for more efficieant & profitable drink delivery. Our Frumax model is designed for 100% juice products with a mixing ration of up to 1:6.

19  Serves drinks in cups or re-sealable pouches

Fructomats serve drinks in cups for local consumption and will be able to serve them in re-sealable pouches that customers can carry with them throughout the day. The Pouchlink system, which will be available in our Maxi model, mixes, fills and serves drink in pouches in seconds. Now you can give your customers the option of transporting your drinks far from the location at which they are served.

20  Able to accept all payment systems

Fructomats accept all payment systems for vending purposes: coin-adaptors, coin changers, banknote-readers, cashless and even token operated systems. Our onboard payment and book-keeping facility is compatible with the most popular payment systems, including MDB, Executive, Parallel and BDV.

21  No need for separate water coolers

Water for the Fructomat can be sourced straight form the tap or from tanks. You can fit your Fructomat wit any type of standard filtration system to dispense chilled filtered water. This water is used to create fresh chilled flavoured drinks, but it can also be served straight from any machine. With Fructomat you no longer need a separate water cooler or bottled water: everything is provided from the one machine.

22  Broader customer choice

Give your customers what they want to drink. The low costs of Fructomat drinks makes it easier for you to experiment with product offerings to find the flavours and to which they respond.

You can provide up to eight different flavours on larger machines as well as chilled water. You can give them health drink alternatives, regulate the sweetness and intensity of drinks and even preset cup sizes. There are machines to provide hot drink options and to dispense drinks in re-sealable pouches. No other technology allows you so much control and gives your customers so much choice.
